Our sessions are co-created based on the material you bring in. Through discussion, we’ll determine what you want more of, which areas of your relationships are a struggle, and what’s holding you back.

Then we practice in real-time! Exercises can include: visualizations, energetic explorations, role-playing (example: going on a date), rehearsing (example: having an emotional conversation with a partner), two-way touch, or other experiential interactions.

While we practice amplifying erotic energy, intercourse or other sexual acts are not part of Erotic Senses sessions.

Sessions are held virtually on Zoom, or in person upon approval.

In traditional therapy models, the client/practitioner relationship is one-way, talk-based, and doesn’t typically include sexuality.

In Erotic Senses sessions, we enter a relational laboratory. Together, we’ll practice the awareness and skills needed to develop honest, genuine, and sexually satisfying relationships.

As long as consent is given, skill-building exercises can include two-way touch. I will share my honest reflections, feelings, and responses and encourage you to do the same.

Our work will go beyond what’s possible with therapy - instead of theory and analysis, we will experience and play!

In session, touch can go both ways (with mutual consent). Clothing stays on.

This might include holding, snuggling, touch training or body-to-body contact.

Sessions will not include having sex, genital stimulation, or nudity. Sex coaching is not sex therapy or sex work.

Throughout our work together, you’ll develop skills that liberate erotic energy and deepen your intimate relationship(s).

These can include:

-Setting boundaries with clarity and kindness

-Asking for consent in ways that build erotic heat

-Attuning to your embodied sensations, desires, and impulses; knowing your YES and your NO

-Attuning to a partner’s cues and subtle signals, and responding in ways that deepen connection

-Releasing shame around sexual desire and performance

-Building confidence in approaching, dating, and relating to female partners

-Knowing what you want sexually and how to ask for it

-Developing secure attachments

-Connecting to your emotions and expressing them in healthy ways
